Shipping, Returns, and Privacy

In an effort to make our policies as easy to understand as possible, we've summarized them here into one page in a simple question and answer format:

Q. How fast is shipping? Who do you use? What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

The short answer: read our full shipping policy here.

The slightly longer answer: Orders can take 2-7 business days, unless you order expedited shipping (faster) or it's an international order (much, much slower, unfortunately). We have to charge extra to ship larger items, and we can't ship larger items to residential addresses. Our order cutoff time is 3pm central, and any orders submitted after that time will be filled the following business day. If your order is damaged by the shipper, we need you to let us know right away (please don't refuse shipment, and please don't throw anything away). Finally, international shipping is not anything like domestic shipping. If you're ordering internationally, be sure to read the full policy page.

Q. What's your return policy?

Be sure to read our full return policy before you order.

Some important things to note: You can't return a product by refusing to accept delivery. You need to supply your VIN when you order, you only have 15 days to return your order, and there's a 35% restocking fee on returns. We also can't accept some types of parts, we need returns in their original packaging, and you need to request return authorization before you send anything back.
